After receiving your order, we will ship it from our warehouse within 3 business days.
Depending on the destination, it may take up to 6 days including weekends and holidays, so please allow plenty of time when placing your order.
Also, please note that customers who use convenience store payment will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

We will contact you automatically after the shipping arrangements have been completed and the system has processed it. If the product arrives in the morning, there may be a time lag and we may contact you after delivery. Please be assured that it is not a double delivery.
